Systems Enablement Lead

Job Description
Bridge between IT and Business, focusing on sales, bulling and customer facing systems. You will be responsible for gathering and translating business requirements - specifically from the product team - into functional specifications, collaborating closely with development teams and ensuring solutions are delivered effectively through end-to-end testing.
Responsibilities:
- Requirement gathering and collaborate with Product and business stakeholders to understand their objectives, translating complex needs into detailed functional specifications
- Analyse, document and maintain API workflows, including data mappings and integration points across platforms
- Lead IT-related projects by creating and managing detailed project plans, tracking progress and ensuring milestones are met
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle, including developing test cases, conducting User Acceptance Testing and ensuring solutions meet business requirements
- Provide Technical Support for pay as you go platforms
- Bachelor degree in business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information systems or related
- Min 5 years experience in Business analysis (preferably in Telecommunications or product development
- Strong understanding of API, SQL Server (General select queries, stores procedures, views)
