Job Description

Job Purpose
The Junior Systems Product Manager provides support for product development within the Personal Lines Features Team and reports to the Senior Systems Product Manager. This entry-level position is designed for individuals beginning their careers in product management, with an emphasis on technology, systems integration, and user-oriented solutions. The role includes assisting the Systems team in delivering product features based on business and user requirements.
Key Responsibility: Cross-functional collaboration
Supports the Systems Team in coordinating with pricing, underwriting, and other functional teams to define product requirements, set priorities for features, and contribute to product development and integration activities.
Key Responsibility: Stakeholder engagement
Assists the Systems Team in communication and engagement with external stakeholders, including brokers and third-party vendors, to collect information, understand integration needs, and maintain collaborative working relationships.
Key Responsibility: User-centric focus
Helps the Systems Team with administrative tasks related to user queries, compiling feedback for review by senior members to confirm that products developed on external systems are aligned with user requirements and preferences and contribute to a satisfactory user experience.
General Responsibilities:
When required, perform any other duties necessary for the operational effectiveness of the Product Management team that is within your ability and scope.
