Job Description
Qualifications:
- Matric certificate with Maths
- HR degree
- 3 to 5 years super user experience
- 3 to 5 years configuration, integration management and end user support experience
- 3 to 5 years experience in the management of a payroll or HR system
- Access control / time and attendance applications experience
- SQL Exposure
- Follow ITIL Methodology
- Conduct and document system
- Functional and scenario testing of system
- Adhere to the SDLC
- Gather requirements
- Manage 3rd parties
- System enhancements
- Analyse trends and patterns
- Ensure all errors are resolved
- Maintain security of the system
