Profile for Success
To achieve these objectives, you will need to have a track record of accomplishment, not just a list of skills. We are looking for evidence of:
- Demonstrated success in translating complex business needs within a regulated environment (ideally financial services or payments) into detailed technical and functional specifications.
- Proven experience guiding complex software projects through the full development lifecycle (SDLC), from initial requirements gathering to supporting development and testing teams.
- A portfolio or examples of creating clear, effective process maps, wireframes, and system diagrams using tools like Visio or similar platforms.
- Experience in a role where you were the primary liaison between business users and technical development teams, proving your ability to manage communication and stakeholder expectations effectively.
