We are looking for a

to join our Front Office team. The successful candidate will handle calls, support admin tasks, and ensure seamless communication across departments while delivering exceptional guest service.

Requirements:
Hospitality qualification + 6 months' 4/5 hotel experience Fluent in English with excellent telephone & email etiquette
Proficient in
MS Office & Opera
Friendly, professional, and calm under pressure
Flexible to work shifts, weekends & public holidays
Responsibilities:
Answer calls and manage correspondence
Assist with admin and operational tasks
Support the Front Office team as required
Communicate effectively with all departments
