Job Description

The Sustainability Administrator is responsible for providing administrative and logistical support to the sustainability team/department, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of sustainability initiatives, data gathering and capturing to ensure the reporting is run


Providing comprehensive support in the collection and organization of sustainability data while ensuring all reporting "systems" remain accurate and up to date. Tracking, preparing reports and presenting on the Data Accuracy Rate, the Data Completeness Rate , and the Data Timeliness & Entry Efficiency. Maintaining the health of the data process/system and ensuring the overall Quality of the data. Supporting the company's legal and administrative obligations related to Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) Systematic organization and control of documents, ensuring the business meets internal and external compliance requirements, particularly concerning merchandise. Ensuring documents related to product sourcing, materials, certifications, and compliance standards are correctly filed, easily retrievable, and up-to-date. Providing speedy and quality responses to requests from internal stakeholders, which directly impacts the efficiency of the wider team and departments. Assisting with the planning, execution, and monitoring of sustainability projects and programs. Contribution to the logistical and administrative needs of the sustainability team's projects, events and tasks. Supporting internal and external communications. Supporting the team with Ad hoc tasks, queries, and completing unforeseen work without disrupting scheduled duties.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Competencies


A qualification in Business Administration/Office Administration/ Project Management A minimum of 1-2 years experience as a Sustainability Administrator or similar environment Proven experience in Data Collection & Organization, Data Entry & Database Management A strong understanding of EPR/ESG Experience in Project Coordination Organization & Time Management, and Attention to Detail, Document Management Ability to work using Google Suite Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) Able to work in a team and deliver to team objectives Good organisational and interpersonal skills High degree of detail orientation and conscientiousness Problem solving ability Ability to plan and organize to work towards deadlines Resilience and emotional maturity Flexibility and the ability to juggle multiple tasks Resourcefulness
