Well established fleet management and vehicle tracking company in Hillcrest is recruiting for a controller. Applicants must be open to shift work as the position will require them to work a 12-hour shift (A cycle of 2x day shifts, 2x night shift, 4 days off). Duties include ticket management and escalation, troubleshooting technical issues, and monitoring service desk performance metrics. Applicants should have a related qualification, 3-5 years' experience as a L2 Support Technician, with networking and server experience as well as proficiency in M365 being essential.
