Job Summary Surveillance Manager - Stellenbosch Salary: Negotiable DOE Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a skilled and experienced Surveillance Manager to join a prestigious luxury wine estate based in Stellenbosch . The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all surveillance and monitoring operations, ensuring the safety and security of the property, guests, and staff. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all surveillance and monitoring operations across the estate Manage and maintain CCTV systems and other electronic security technologies Lead; train, and develop the Control Room team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure optimal system performance Collaborate with the Head of Security & Facilities and other departments to investigate incidents and implement preventative measures Prepare detailed reports on security breaches, incidents, and equipment functionality Stay abreast of industry developments, regulations, and technological advancements in security and surveillance Conduct regular team briefings, skills training sessions, and performance appraisals Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and security standards Assist in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) by monitoring potential hazards, reporting risks, and supporting investigations Requirements: Grade 12 or equivalent qualification (a relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous) 3-5 years' experience in security surveillance, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or management position Proven experience with CCTV systems and other electronic surveillance equipment Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced surveillance professional to join a world-class property and contribute to maintaining the highest standards of safety and security.
