Job Summary We are looking for a well-versed Support Technical Team Lead to provide assistance and maintenance to all hardware, which includes installing, configuring, and updating hardware and software, as well as fixing any issues related to the equipment that may come up daily. HP Process Management and Compliance regards reporting, systems, and call management including parts and training. Qualifications Required: Grade 12 A+, N+ Soft Skills and ITIL Foundation Qualifications Preferred:xc3x82 Technical IT Qualification HP Knowledge/ Certification, including HP Process Management and Compliance is a requirement Experience Required: Knowledge of Lexmark, OKI, and Samsung. Ability to train and share skills with partners as they may be required. Has working knowledge and skills to perform a defined set of analytical/scientific methods or operational processes.xc3x82 xc3x82 Applies experience and skills to complete assigned work within own area of expertise.xc3x82 Works within standard operating procedures and/or scientific methods.xc3x82 Works with a moderate degree of supervision.
