Clover is looking for a Support Manager: Distribution to Develop and implement efficient Secondary Distribution Processes and Systems. Install and Optimize Secondary Distribution Systems (Road Show, DRM, Camera's, Mix telematics...). Track efficiencies through the correct KPI's
Minimum Requirements
Degree
Travel off-site/ overnight stay
Computer literacy (Advanced)
Relevant experience in applying job related concepts, techniques and processes at the required level
Experience in working with senior management
Duties and Responsibilities
Distribution Efficiencies
Coordinate and implement Distribution KPI's for all the Clover Distribution facilities
Standardize Distribution processes and Distribution KPI's across all facilities
Set-up Daily, Weekly and Monthly Distribution KPI Reports
Ensure best practices are identified and implemented nationally
Investigate and Implement New technologies to improve KPI's /reduce cost
Implement Distribution systems nationally
Coordinate and implement Secondary Distribution projects
Write SOP's and conduct user training
Set up location and systems, develop and design distribution processes.
Ensure Optimal Routing is implemented nationally (Centralized/de-centralized)
Update training documentation bi-annually
Provide Distribution System Support
Ensure payment of Distribution Systems Vendors (e.g. maintenance, overtime, service rendered)
Provide first/second line support for Distribution Systems. (24/7/365)
Administer SLA's with Distribution System vendors and support vendors for hardware. (Roadshow, DRM, Camera's ...)
Coordinate and control the pool of hardware to support Distribution software with vendors and finance.
Perform System and Process Audits
Audit Distribution processes annually to ensure compliance in process.
Ensure KPI's is utilized to drive performance /reduce cost
Ensure that the expediting Centres processes and focus areas is aligned to get maximum benefit of Distribution Systems / reduce cost
Bi-Annual review of Master Routes for sites that don't use Dynamic Routing
Distribution Development
Identify Areas where Distribution Processes/Systems can assist the development/improvement of other development areas (link to warehousing, primary distribution and other areas of the Business)
Accommodate and find suitable solutions to accommodate changes in the business (Customer DC's, New Principals, Masakhane...)
* Coordinate Secondary Distribution Studies to reduce Cost (NDD's, delivery frequencies, truck sizes, back-doors, over-time ...)
