We are a US based company with strong South African roots. Our business started in Joburg in 2005 and later moved to the USA. We are now building out our engineering office's in Cape Town (Century City) and Joburg (Greenstone Hill) to support our US operations and customers.
Key Responsibilities
Manage 24/7 support desk, which provides:
1st and 2nd level support for remote mining and construction customers.
Network support and monitoring
Remote server support and monitoring
Routine maintenance on remote systems
Telephone, email and chat support for industrial users
Escalation to 3rd level support
Escalation to OEM support, where available
Management of ticketing system
Development (with technical experts) of standard operating procedures for support desk
Management of routine maintenance
Ensuring SLA's are complied with
Routing reporting to customers
Attending meetings with customers
On boarding new systems
Skills & Qualifications
IT, Network certification or Degree.
5+ years experience
Management experience
Customer service experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to R70000,00 per month
