Do you have hands-on experience in care and confidence working with systems, admin tasks, and call handling?
At Contesto, we provide round-the-clock call-handling and support services for care providers across the UK and Australia. Were hiring Support Centre Administrators who bring together both of these skill sets practical care knowledge and strong administrative ability to help us deliver essential support during night shifts, weekends, and bank holidays.
If youve worked directly in care and youre used to managing information, handling calls, and working with care systems, this could be the perfect remote role for you.
What Youll Do
Answer and manage calls from carers, service users, families, and healthcare professionals.
Respond quickly and calmly to urgent or emergency situations.
Use your care background to understand the context behind calls and make the right decisions.
Log information accurately, follow procedures, and escalate issues when required.
Work confidently across different platforms and systems (full training provided).
Cover shifts during:
Weeknights (UK time, 5pm 9am)
24/7 weekends & UK bank holidays

What Youll Need:

  • A quiet, private workspace at home, fast fibre internet, a suitable laptop, and a quality headset.
  • Experience in the health or social care sector ideally in a leadership, supervisory, or clinical role.
  • The ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and think clearly and quickly.
  • A professional, clear and friendly phone manner both with care staff and service users.
  • Tech confidence ability to learn new systems, apps, and workflows quickly.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English (excellent communication is essential).
  • Willingness to work at least alternate weekends, and ideally more.
  • Proof of tax registration with SARS in South Africa (required for employment).
