Degree in Computer Science, IT, IE or related field
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in support tools and ticketing system
Solid analytical and problem solving abilities

Proactive and adaptable to new technologies

Key responsibilities
Technical support and troubleshooting i.e. diagnose and resolve software, hardware and network issues for clients and internal team
Client communication and assistance
Incident and problem management
Documentation and reporting i.e. create and update support documentation including FAQs, guides and knowledge base articles; generate reports on support activities, incidents and resolutions for management review.
