What you'll be doing:
As a Supply Planner, you'll play a key role in ensuring our products are available when and where they're needed. You'll manage inbound logistics, both local and international, and work closely with internal teams and external partners to balance supply and demand. Your focus will be on improving service levels, reducing costs, and supporting business growth through smart planning, forecasting, and collaboration. You'll also be involved in resolving production issues, managing inventory, and driving continuous improvement across the supply chain.
Key responsibilities:Balancing supply and demand while maintaining inventory targets. Collaborating with planners, marketing, and sales to ensure service delivery. Managing purchase orders, supplier trackers, and in-transit shipments. Supporting new product launches and phase-outs. Leading risk reviews and analysing stock levels to reduce low inventory days. Coordinating with contract manufacturers and managing red list/expired materials. Supporting inventory reduction initiatives and cost-saving strategies. Using data to improve production schedules and supply chain agility.

What we're looking for:A relevant university degree (preferably in Supply Chain) and a Matric Certificate. Proven experience in production or supply planning. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Knowledge of MRP systems and supply chain best practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a proactive, collaborative mindset. Ability to think globally and act locally to optimise supply into South Africa and SADC.
