Stock Management: Maintain sufficient stock levels in warehouses for imported and locally produced goods.
Replenishment and Shipment Forecasts: Complete forecasts based on demand and sales budgets to ensure adequate stock availability.
Finished Goods Planning: Coordinate with MRP Planner to review potential out-of-stock risks for locally manufactured products.
Utilization of Planning Systems: Use tools like Anaplan DDMRP, Product Cloud, and Connect for effective supply planning.
Forecast Compilation: Prepare an 18-month rolling shipment forecast and share it with brand owners.
Participation in Planning Meetings: Lead and engage in monthly supply planning meetings.
Inventory Management: Provide insights into projected Inventory Cash Landing and liaise with Logistics on duty payment assumptions.

Requirements:

Bachelorxc3xa2xc2x80xc2x99s degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
Experience in the wine/spirits or FMCG industry
Minimum of 4 years experience in Supply Planning
Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, JDE), demand/replenishment forecast planning tools, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong grasp of forecasting, import/export procedures, warehouse/delivery operations, FGI/SKU management, and adherence to operational policies.
Exceptional time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
