To support the efficient operation of Synexa's logistics, procurement, and inventory management functions across all sites. This role ensures timely and cost-effective shipment coordination, maintains strong vendor relationships, and upholds inventory accuracy and compliance with standard operating procedures. The incumbent will play a key role in processing goods received, managing returns, and safeguarding high-risk stock and consumables.
Main Areas of Responsibility
Logistics - Manage shipments, liaise with couriers, and track costs for all sites.
Procurement - Maintain vendor relations, receive and inspect items per SOPs, and track inventory records.
Inventory Management - Process goods received (GRV), manage returns, and track high-risk stock and consumables.
Qualifications & Experience
Required:
Bachelor's degree or 2-3 years' relevant experience.
Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and time management.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in teams.
Proactive, innovative, and eager to develop.
Good IT and administrative skills.
