Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our client. The Supply Chain Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of their company's supply chain, from sourcing materials to delivering finished products to customers. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of supply chain management principles, strong leadership abilities, and excellent problem-solving skills.Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate favorable terms and pricing
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of materials to production facilities
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to forecast demand and plan production accordingly
- Oversee transportation and logistics to ensure on-time delivery of finished products to customers
- Analyze data and key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Lead and develop a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance and support as neededQualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a proven track record of success
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools
