Job Description
Hire Resolve's Client is urgently looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to be based at a mine in the Northern Cape!
Responsibilities:
- Lead and implement strategic sourcing initiatives to enhance cost efficiency, service delivery, and quality across Company operations.
- Manage procurement and vendor relationships to ensure timely, cost-effective purchasing of goods and services in line with company policies.
- Oversee inventory and stock management to ensure optimal availability, quality control, and efficient use of resources.
- Drive continuous improvement and compliance in procurement, tender processes, and contract management, ensuring alignment with business governance standards.
- Coordinate team performance and resource planning to support operational goals, budget control, and customer service excellence.
- Grade 12
- Bachelor Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain / Finance / Engineering
- 5 years operational supply chain experience in a mining environment
- 5 years management experience
- Valid driver's license
- Salary: R2m - R2,8m CTC

- Salary: negotiable.
