Supply Chain Manager FMCG / Food & Bev /Agri ~ Pharmaceuticals

An exceptional opportunity exists for an accomplished Supply Chain Manager to join a high-performing operations leadership team. This role requires an analytical, solutions-driven leader with proven expertise in managing complex supply chains within fast-paced manufacturing environments. You will oversee a skilled Planning team including senior Buyers, Planner and Production Coordinators driving excellence across procurement, planning, and production coordination.
This position demands a strong people manager who leads by example, ensuring seamless collaboration and continuous improvement across all supply chain functions. Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 10 years supply chain management experience, with at least 5 years in a hands-on managerial role (preferably in Beauty, Pharma, Food, or FMCG industries with GMP exposure)
• Proven experience in forecasting and inventory management within manufacturing
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
