Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field,
Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP) and Professional Accounting Certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred.
Project Management methodologies, tools, and techniques, combined with excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, make you an ideal candidate.
Financial modeling, analysis, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SAP) and possess strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Project Leadership: Leading and managing the project from inception to closure, including defining project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
Stakeholder Coordination: Liaising with key stakeholders to develop detailed project plans and ensuring effective communication among project team members.
Risk Management: Identifying and resolving potential issues, implementing corrective actions, and maintaining compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
Continuous Improvement: Promoting a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process optimization and implementing best practices.
