What You'll Be Doing

• Manage and coordinate the end-to-end supply chain process - from procurement through to final delivery.
• Partner with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams to ensure seamless, cost-effective operations.
• Monitor and optimise inventory levels across multiple outlets.
• Analyse supply chain data and deliver actionable insights to drive smarter decisions.
• Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings, efficiency gains, and risk reduction.
• Support the roll-out of supply chain strategies that align with business growth.
• Ensure compliance with cold chain standards, particularly in cold storage operations.

What We're Looking For

• Honours Degree in Commerce, Business, Engineering, or Science.
• 3-5 years' experience in supply chain, ideally in FMCG or restaurant/retail environments.
• Experience in cold storage logistics or temperature-sensitive supply chains (advantageous).
• Strong analytical, planning, and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Excel, reporting, and supply chain systems.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Resilient and adaptable with the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-moving, customer-driven industry.
