Are you an organised, detail-oriented professional with a passion for supply chain operations?
We're looking for an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator to join our dynamic team and support the International Business department. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is strong in administration, and enjoys liaising with customers from around the globe.
Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for the full Order-to-Cash process across various international markets, including:

• Capturing and managing customer orders using SAP
• Following up on product allocations and calculating freight rates across different transport modes
• Preparing customer invoices and all shipment documentation
• Ensuring timely follow-up on customer payments
• Providing regular updates to Sales Consultants and customers on order/shipment status
• Supporting the Sales Consultant with product, pricing, and technical queries
• Conducting sales and customer data analysis using SAP and compiling reports in Excel and PowerPoint
• Ensuring all export procedures are followed and documents are properly collected and stored
• Participating in events, training, installations, or after-sales support, which may require international travel

Key Requirements:

• Matric with a relevant tertiary qualification in Supply Chain Management (preferred)
• Minimum of 2 years' supply chain experience using SAP
• Strong administration background with meticulous attention to detail
• Prior experience in international logistics or export/import industries is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal, written, and comprehension)
• Comfortable using translation tools to communicate with Spanish or French-speaking clients
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and ERP systems
• Able to work under pressure and prioritise effectively
• Customer-focused with a collaborative, team-oriented approach

Key Interfaces: You'll engage with:

• International customers and export clients
• Shipping agents and logistics providers
• Internal departments including Sales, Technical, Accounts, Stores, Training, and Administration
• External sales consultants abroad
