Job Description

RPO Recruitment's client in the Frozen Food Manufacturing industry is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Supply Chain Co-Ordinator to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the supply chain activities of food and beverage products in accordance with the company's policies and procedures.

The Supply Chain Co-Ordinator will work closely with the various departments involved in the supply chain process to ensure timely delivery of products and high levels of customer satisfaction. In addition, the candidate will help identify opportunities to optimize the supply chain process and implement best practices to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end supply chain process, from planning to delivery of food and beverage products
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders and delivery dispatches
• Ensure continuous improvement of supply chain processes by identifying opportunities and proposing solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and logistics to forecast demand and manage inventory
• Monitor supplier performance, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships to improve service delivery
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain proper documentation
• Manage and resolve any issues related to the supply chain process in a timely and effective manner

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, operations, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in a supply chain role, preferably in the food and beverage industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Knowledge of supply chain principles and best practices
• Experience with supply chain software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems
