Description
We are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst who has experience working in a retail or supply chain environment. The incumbent will be responsible for the operations management in the warehouse, overall budget process, accounting and admin operations, internal control, maintenance and 3rd party management and security, health and safety.
Requirements
Create processes and methods to gather supply chain data
Analyze data to identify problematic areas and suggest improvements
Track KPIs and report on the supply chainxe2x80x99s performance
Set own routine to ensure regular interaction with the supply chain team in relation to performance
Through floor walks, training, and meetings help to develop the knowledge and ability of the supply chain leadership in relation to performance management (Head of department & Department Managers)
Assist in developing and following managerial routines that will assist the Head of the department and Department Managers
Expense management to ensure budget expenditure is tracked and P & L budget
Review warehouse P & L on a monthly basis. Action plans based on analysis
Set annual objectives for the warehouse in conjunction with the Supply Chain leader, and finance department
Responsible for animation of the performance against objectives in the warehouse
Strong focus on stock reliability and losses
Following and applying of process and procedure of the company
Warehouse maintenance obligation - in line with both Adeo Maintenance Plan as well as local legislation
Working closely with the Head Office
Liaising with CFO, Performance Leader, and other Finance and performance managers
