Job Description

Procurement & Stock Control



Monitor supply management and stock control performance.



Execute and oversee purchase performance reporting.



Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement aligned with plant requirements.



Recommend procedural improvements for better compliance and customer satisfaction.



Negotiate with suppliers for cost-effective and timely deliveries.



Operational & Customer Service Support



Act as point of contact for customer service and delivery hubs.



Resolve operational issues or escalate to relevant stakeholders.



Support timely resolution of customer and internal queries.



Documentation & Invoice Management



Ensure procurement documentation is complete and regularly maintained.



Process invoices:

match with GRNs and approved POs, obtain manager and receiving clerk approval.



Scan and forward legible, properly aligned documentation to finance and cost accountant by the 15th of each month.



ERP & Data Management



Perform procurement and logistics tasks within internal ERP systems.



Capture and verify data accurately in relevant systems.



Ensure data quality and up-to-date delivery records.



Reporting



Generate performance reports for hubs and franchisees.



Communicate trends, issues, and KPIs clearly to stakeholders.



General & Compliance



Adhere to company policies and procedures.



Complete ad hoc tasks as assigned.



Promote health & safety and ethical conduct in the workplace.



Education



Matric (Grade 12)



Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, or Business (advantageous)



Experience



3-5 years in a similar procurement, logistics, or operations role



Skills



Strong written and verbal communication (English)



Proficient in ERP systems



Document management and reporting skills



Ability to interpret instructions accurately



Negotiation and analytical skills
