Purpose of Role: To ensure uninterrupted service delivery to our customers and maintain proper control of the service workflow from receiving to dispatching, making sure all procedures are followed consistently.

Key Responsibilities:This role requires specialized expertise in diagnosing and repairing high-capacity slurry pumps. A qualified supervisor ensures that repairs meet OEM standards, reducing the risk of repeat failures and extending equipment lifespan.
Planning and managing service workflow from receiving to dispatch, distributing work accordingly to available staff.
Ensuring all repairs meet OEM standards and sign-off projects.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:Grade 12 (Matric), N4 certificate in Mechanical Engineering.
Qualified Fitter / Millwright (Verified Section 13 / 26D qualification).
Valid driver's license.
5 years' related experience in an engineering/mining environment (Workshop experience advantageous) and 2 years' supervisory or management experience.
Sound knowledge of slurry pumps (Assembling, Repairs and Maintenance).
