In this role you will be responsible for:
Reporting to the Coordinator (Metallurgical)
Optimising, overseeing and continually improve the operation of the Plant
Identifying training requirements for the plant personnel, Organising, and controlling all activities of subordinates, and to provide strong leadership w.r.t legal responsibility of the plant
Providing quality product meeting customer expectations
Applicable 2.9.2 legal appointment
Ensuring implementation of management decisions, legal requirement, and the company standards/policies
About you
:A formal degree or national diploma in Metallurgical /Chemical Engineering
A minimum of four (4) years plant experience process control for floatation plants or similar operation.
Knowledge of the beneficiation process, standards, procedures, safety, and legal requirements
Knowledge of policies, procedures, and relevant legislation
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Medically fit to work on surface, working on heights and in confined spaces
Code 8 driver's licence and own transport
