Car rental company Europcar is seeking a customer-oriented, deadline-driven individual who thrives on working in a fast-paced environment to join their team based in Jet park depot as a Supervisor: Parts
The purpose of this role is to effectively manage the admin duties within the Europcar/Autoworx parts procurement division. To source parts from all the various networks, timeously as per agreed standard operating procedures. The team, and the drive and ability to strive for that vision.
Minimum Experience:

• 5 years parts administration duties

• 5 years' experience within a parts dept

Minimum Qualification

• Matric

Preferred Qualification

• Diploma in office administration & management

Minimum Requirements

• Computer literacy with high level of accuracy

• Knowledgeable in the entire automotive parts supply chain

• Supervisory or Management experience

Important to note: The appointed person may be required to work weekends/shifts/overtime as required.
Job Outputs:

• Liaise with all suppliers.

• Provide accurate parts quotes within set time frames.

• Parts ordering - placing of parts orders accurately and timeously.

• Following up on orders placed.

• Ensuring ETA'S are constantly monitored and updated.

• Provide training and support to the parts admin staff .

• Supervise the parts team in the absence of the parts manager

• Releasing of completed orders to the relevant destinations.

• Resolving queries between the panel shops and suppliers.

• All other varied and general administrative duties not specified.
