Job Summary:

Motus Ford & Mazda (Ford Kroonstad) is seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Supervisor: Parts. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the parts department, ensuring efficient and accurate inventory management, and providing exceptional customer service.




Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a team of parts department staff members Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained Process incoming and outgoing parts orders accurately and in a timely manner Provide technical assistance to customers and staff regarding parts inquiries Handle customer complaints and issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and training to staff as needed Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and maximize sales opportunities Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency


Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years experience in a parts department, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven leadership and team management abilities Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Proficient computer skills, including experience with inventory management systems
