Report Generation: Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, maintain filing systems, databases, and document management.
Office Maintenance: Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories, and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
Event Coordination: Coordinate events, meetings, and team buildings.
Policy Implementation: Assist in the enforcement of office policies and practices.
Monitoring and managing social media
Overseeing outside vendors and Tour agencies
Engage in proactive customer service, ensuring information is accessible and responsive to client needs.
Persistently pursue sales goals, overcoming challenges and adapting to market fluctuations.

Proven ability to lead teams, manage daily logistics, and implement strategies to improve performance, productivity, and efficiency.

Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Safety management:
Ensure all equipment are safe to use before clients arrive, attend to any safety concerns raised

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with staff, management, and customers.
Customer service:
A focus on delivering high-quality customer experiences and resolving any issues that arise.
Adventure and travel:
A passion for the adventure tourism industry is essential, along with a strong understanding of tour operations and safety protocols.
Local area knowledge:
In-depth knowledge of the company's operating area, including local attractions, routes, and conditions.
Guide and product management:
Experience in managing and training staff, and in developing and improving adventure products.
Qualifications and Skills:
Drivers license and own reliable transport required
Previous Managerial experience.
Knowledge of MS Office and office management software.
Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office suite.
Previous experience working at an Adventure company would be beneficial
Live in close range of our offices will be beneficial
