AFRICAN AND COLOURED FEMALE APPLICANTS
To ensure availability and reliability of mobile equipment such as Earth Moving Machines (Loading, Hauling, Drilling and Auxiliary) and services for respective section, which includes but is not limited to:
Maintenance supervision
Safety, health, environment, risk and quality (SHERQ)
Contractor management
Budget and cost control
People supervision and leadership
Continuous improvement
Work ethics

QUALIFICATIONS

Engineering Technical Trade Test (Diesel Mechanic/ Auto Electrician/ Millwright)

(MQA preferred)

Engineering Technical Theoretical Certificate N3

Supervisory Certificate (NQF level 4 160 Credits) or ARM

EXPERIENCE

Minimum of five (5) years operational mobile equipment experience in a mining maintenance environment

Minimum of two (2) years Team / Project leader / Supervisory experience in a mining maintenance environment

EQUIPMENT KNOWLEDGE
KOMATSU Shovel (preferably Millwright)
KOMATSU Haul trucks, Dozers, Excavators (preferably Millwright)
CAT equipment (preferably Diesel Mechanic/ Auto Electrician)
Sandvik / Epiroc Drilling equipment (preferably Diesel Mechanic / Auto Electrician)
