Ensuring that mining production targets, schedules and priorities for the mining teams are safely achieved
Fulfil all the requirements under his/her appointment in terms of the MHSA
Planning, Organizing, Leading and Controlling of production inputs and outputs
Controlling and managing all loading and tipping activities in area of responsibility
Collaborating with Engineering, Services Department as well as Contractor teams to efficiently execute the Mine plans
About you:
Blasting Certificate
Supervisory Course will be added as advantage
3 years' experience as a Miner and Shift Supervisor in the Trackless Mining Environment
Good Communication, problem solving and decision-making skills
Valid drivers' license and medically fit to work underground and shift
