Are you a natural leader with an eye for detail and a passion for quality in production?
We're looking for a proactive and reliable individual to supervise our Sanding Department. This is a key role for someone who thrives in a manufacturing environment, can manage a team effectively, and ensures smooth day-to-day operations with a focus on quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate the daily activities within the Sanding Department Ensure quality control, productivity, and adherence to company standards Support team development through hands-on supervision and leadership Handle departmental administration and assist with reporting Promote teamwork and a positive working environment Liaise with other departments to ensure workflow and production targets are met
What We Are Looking For:
A strong leader with the ability to guide and motivate a team Excellent organisational and administrative skills A team player who is dependable, disciplined, and able to work under pressure Attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
Experience & Qualifications:
Grade 12 / Matric (required) Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing environment (advantageous) Basic computer literacy and familiarity with production-related admin Experience in managing teams and departmental operations
