Job Description
Introduction:
The main purpose of the job is to control, co-ordinate and maintain the Warehouse and all the dispatch, receiving and stock control responsibilities. Ensuring that the warehouse contributes its part in achieving customer delivery performance.
Description:
1. Manage Sales targets and Budgets efficiently
2. Management and Control of branch personnel
3. Accountable for the growth of brand
4. Maintain Stock Levels
5. Maintain Health and Safety standards
6. Receiving of stock
7. Dispatching of stock
8. Stock control and system accuracy
9. People Management
10. Health and safety
11. To uphold and promote the company values and culture
Requirements:
1. Grade 12
2. 5 years retail experience preferably building materials / DIY / construction
3. 3-5 years warehousing supervisory /management experience
4. Dispatch logistics (fleet), receiving and managing suppliers experience essential
5. Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and requirements
6. Knowledge of relevant systems
