Job Description
We are looking for an experienced
Restaurant Store Manager with leadership skills; excellent communication skills and most importantly must know how to manage employees and store, within a restaurant environment.Store Locations for employment:
Cape Town -
Paarl, Tableview, Cape Gate and Claremont AreasPretoria
- Hazeldean, Faerie Glen and Centurion AreasJohannesburg
- Midrand, East and West Rand, Roodepoort, Central JHB, Sandton and Old Eds AreasMinimum Requirements:
Minimum Grade 12
Relevant Tertiary Qualification will be an advantage (Degree, Certificate, Diploma)
Minimum 1-year previous restaurant management experience
Fluent in English (Oral and written)
Computer literate (Excel, Word, Outlook, Micros)
Own reliable transport
Responsibilities included but are not limited to:
Ensuring store operates smoothly, provide customers with an exceptional customer experience and maintain product quality and stock control.
Interviewing, hiring, and training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Ensure all standards, policies and procedures are implemented and maintained
