Job Description
Position: Superintendent Loss Control.
Industry: Mining Industry.
Location: Phalaborwa, Limpopo South Africa.
Salary: Market related.Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in safety management.
- Valid Drivers License.
- VTS Profile Orange Green.
- 5 years plus experience in SHEQ Management and in the mining industry.
- 5 Yeas plus experience in Management/ Supervisory position.
- Leading the management of Strategy & Operations for the mining division ensuring efficiency and competitive production.
- Planning & Coordinating operational activities to ensure continued compliance to Safety , Health, Radiation .Environmental and Quality Standards (ISO).
- Effective leadership and managing of employees.
- Ensuring and taking steps to comply with relevant industry , sector laws , polices & regulations.
- Proving ISO 45001 in-house training.
- Developing . implementing ,maintaining , improving, and managing the Companies Safety Health program according to the laydown Cade of Practices of the Company.
- Managing the Loss Control Section.
- ion to Detail. Work well under pressure.
- Business Acumen/ Computer knowledge.
- SAMTRAC/ Train the Trainer.
