Responsible for ensuring that a fleet of vehicles operated by subcontractors complies with all relevant regulations and company standards.
Qualification:
Grade 12, administration qualification
Experience:
Administration background.
Maintenance and mechanical knowledge is an advantage

Roles & Responsibilities:
Maintain an updated fleet list of all subcontractors.
Ensure that all vehicles meet safety standards and are properly maintained, including NATIS documentation.
Ensure all subcontractors have pre-start checklists that are completed daily and submitted for verification.
Ensure all fleet undergo service within accurate intervals as per OEM requirements.
Oversee the fleet license and registration compliance and renewals; conduct regular audits to ensure compliance.
Coordinate with all the relevant stakeholders and subcontractors to ensure all fleet is roadworthy compliant.
File all fleet and service records of pre-inspections.
Investigate accidents and incidents involving assets and write reports where required.
Assist in the implementation of corrective actions to prevent future incidents.
Liaise with subcontractors to ensure they understand and comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Address any compliance issues promptly and effectively.
Act as a point of contact for all assets and/or vehicle queries relating to sub-contractors.
Prepare and submit compliance reports to management and regulatory bodies as required.
Prepare reports for management as and when required.
