- Proxy/Sub Product Ownership experience
- Strong stakeholder management (upward/downward)
- Jira, Confluence, ITSM proficiency
- Agile & Waterfall methodology expertise
- PMO, ITPM, and software project proposal experience
- Solid Data
- Risk management & cross-tech integration knowledge
- IT/Business/Engineering degree
- AWS Cloud Practitioner (required)
- Scrum Product Owner/Scrum Master (advantageous)
- 8+ years in Business Analysis (6+ on custom solutions)
- Drive product vision, roadmap, and backlog
- Lead feature teams and ensure delivery quality
- Align stakeholders and manage resources
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and resolve impediments
- Support production issues within SLA
- Flexible
