To provide clear and correct information to students and to ensure that the student's details are correctly logged and forwarded to the relevant departments.
Requirements: Grade 12 1-2 years relevant working experience OR tertiary customer service/contact centre experience Computer literate Typing speed minimum 25 wpm
Duties: Customer enquiry response rates Achieve agreed service targets Executing student administration using CRM and other systems Fostering and maintaining client relationships responsible and ethical provision of information to students time management
