DUTIES:

• Recruitment
• Market and sell tertiary education courses / programs to ensure target numbers are reached for all courses
• Relationship building
• Administration and conversions
• Promote courses to prospective students and their parents telephonically
• Inspire, educate and advise prospective students and parents on the course of interested admission process
• Responsible for quality lead generation and conversion to application
• Research and identify the target market and actively recruit potential students (all courses)
• Identify and analyse competitor and customer needs information
• Build and maintain sound relationships as the first contact point for the brand
• Assist with company involvement in community projects and social responsibility
• Arrange and implement company events internally and externally by assisting Campus and Sales & Marketing Managers
• Create brand awareness and elevate brand value and perception
• Administration of all recruitment functions
• Manage conversion of leads to prospects daily in the CRM system under specific KPIs
• Apply lead conversion tasks (written and oral communication)
• Actively involved in sales conversions from prospect to enrolments when required
• Prepare and present appropriate presentation material to address markets with the approval of the Sales and Marketing Manager
• Assist with the planning and implementation of the marketing plan
• Complete any reasonable request from management

REQUIREMENTS:

• Grade 12
• Drivers license
• Diploma in Marketing and / or Sales
• 2 3 years experience in recruitment / marketing and sales
• Health & Skin Care experience (advantageous)
• Must be able to travel +- 5 months of the year to various destinations nationally and internationally
• MS Office and CRM software
