Minimum Requirements
Minimum Qualifications Requirements:
Grade 12; Relevant tertiary qualification will be an advantage
Experience:
At least three -five year's relevant experience in a Higher Education environment is preferred
Must have experience in certifications and office of the Registrar
Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative support with processing and verification of graduation applications- Accuracy of processing, Timeous delivery)
Administrative support with the graduation of students on the academic management system (Accuracy of records, Timeous delivery)
Extract and print academic transcript / progress reports (Accuracy, Timeous, Quality of delivery, Clear audit
Administrative support with packaging and distribution of graduation documents( Accuracy, Timeous)
Maintain records archiving system - sort, scan and file various documents (Accuracy, Timeous, Records maintained appropriately)
Lookup and retrieve archived records for specific requests- (Accuracy, attention to detail, Timeous)
Print and distribute reprint requests- (Accuracy, Timeous)
Deliver on ad hoc requests (Timeous as per request, Quality of delivery)
