Job Description
: Negotiable, depending on experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in a similar role
- Fluent in Afrikaans & English (Speak, Read, and Write)
- Computer Literate (Pastel Knowledge will be beneficial)
- Valid Driverxe2x80x99s license
- Willing to work after hours as and when required
- Assist with the intakes/rental agreements of new tenants/students
- Ensure monthly rentals are paid on time
- Utilizing systems effectively
- Inspection of units and buildings
- Management and control of maintenance
- Responsible for tenant support services and social housing
- Assist with general tenant enquiries
- Address & resolve escalated issues & complaints in a timely & efficient manner
- Research, monitor & report on market activity
- Ensure the appearance & and presentation of the properties meet the company's expectations
- Carry out any reasonable request from the senior management team and work flexibly across the organization as required
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in a similar role?
- Drivers License (Required)
