Job Description

Record keeping by maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and files and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations. Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires, scheduling inductions Ensuring that benefits documents are fully completed and share then with the People Care Partner Assisting with payroll processes, including gathering data and submitting to the People Care Partner for review Assisting with the development, implementation, and maintenance of HR policies and procedures. Assisting with the coordination of HR events in line with the annual employee engagement program. Liaising with key stakeholders for HR related events

You have:


A bachelor's degree in human resource management or a similar field. Understanding and applying relevant labour laws and regulations to HR practices. SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools
It would be nice if you also had:


Managing multiple tasks, prioritizing deadlines, and staying organized in a fast-paced environment. Maintaining accuracy and precision in data entry, record keeping, and report generation. The ability to communicate effectively with employees, HR staff, and other stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
