We are looking to recruit a Junior Student Advisor (Sales) to manage data base of leads, engage in high volume of dialling and generate applications and registrations.
The role reports to the Regional Sales Manager.
Experience:
oCall Centre experience is required.
oAt least 1 year sales experience is required.
oCustomer relationship, and/or Higher education exposure and experience will be advantageous.
Other requirements:
oAble to work weekends (Saturdays)
oExecute pre-determined presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
oInitiate and facilitate lead generation activities which include but is not limited to: School presentations (class and grade), events and exhibitions.
oEngage prospects and match qualification to the potential student's interest.
oData entry and maintenance of database and pipelines
oFollow up on leads with the aim of driving applications and enrolments.
oTimeous engagement with students on various platforms: Phone, email, WhatsApp etc.
oMaintain records of telephonic interactions, log activities and update sales stats
oAchieving sales target, minimum registrations and various KPIs
oSetting appointments and engaging in consultations, campus tours and similar
Accountabilities Include:
oVolumes - Calls, appointments and school bookings
oSchool, exhibition and career fair attendances and presentations
oConversion rate - applications and enrolments
oTimeous, quality, accuracy and completeness of information
oDuration and outcomes (of various interactions across various platforms)
