About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Structured Finance Associate to join a leading investment banking team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the origination, structuring, and execution of complex finance transactions. Key Responsibilities

Support the structuring, arrangement, and implementation of complex finance transactions. Contribute to deal origination and client pitches, including financial analysis and presentation materials. Assist in the execution of transactions, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards. Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships. Conduct research, financial modelling, and data analysis to support investment decisions. Identify opportunities to enhance processes and deliver value-added client outcomes. Participate in initiatives that foster team collaboration and professional growth.

Qualifications

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, or related field. Honours, CIMA, CFA, CA(SA), LLB, or MBA (preferred)

Experience

6-8 years of experience in Investment Banking, Structured Finance, or a related financial services role.

Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of structured finance products and deal execution. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Advanced financial modelling and analytical ability. Sound knowledge of governance, risk, and compliance frameworks. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
SALARIES ARE MARKET RELATED AND COMMENSURATE BASED ON EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
