Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced Structural Steel Installers with certified expertise in working at heights and rigging to join our team. As a Structural Steel Installer, you will install steel components, ensure timely project delivery and maintain high-quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Install structural steel components.
Interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications.
Measure and cut steel materials accurately.
Assemble and fit steel components.
Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards.
Collaborate with the installation team on-site.
Troubleshoot installation issues.
Maintain tools, equipment, and workshop organization.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in structural steel installation
Valid certifications:
Working at Heights (Certificate or equivalent documents)
Rigging (Certificate or equivalent documents)
Experience with drilling, leveling, chemical anchor for structural / facade installations
Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 6 weeks
Pay: R40,00 - R50,00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 45 per week
Work Location: In person
