Structural Engineer
Job Description
Our South African consulting engineering client is seeking to employ a South African who is an experienced structural engineer. This vacancy is open to all South Africans.
You will need to have a BEng or BsC Civil Engineering or similar degree. You will need to list your projects that you have designed and project managed. Ideally you will need to have worked on Civil, Construction, Building, Structural, Piping, Geotech and bridges. Ideally we are seeking to employ a young and dynamic structural engineer who wants to grow within this South African company.
Our client would prefer a Pr.Eng or you need to have submitted your ECSA application.
Must Have :
- 3 to 4 years in built, land development and infrastructure project and design experience
- You will be responsible for all structural design and execution of the project
- Oversee project quality, clients and suppliers
- Track and control metrics as well as the budgets
- Project Finance and Controls
- Project Communication
- Client liaison
