Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; Master's degree preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required; Structural Engineer (SE) license preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in structural engineering, with a proven track record of successful projects.
• Proficiency in structural analysis software such as SAP2000, ETABS, or similar.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor team members.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with a knack for conveying complex ideas with clarity and precision.
