Key Responsibilities
- Implement specialized knowledge of civil engineering structures, buildings and industrial structures.
- Exercise a high level of expertise in structural design and analysis.
- Play a project leader role, liaising with clients and built environment professionals.
- Proficient in Prokon, Sumo, AutoCAD, Revit to manage design/draught team
- Ensure tasks are completed to meet project programmes, timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
- Ensure appropriate technical and company design standards and quality procedures are maintained on all projectsQualifications: - Education a minimum of BEng/BSc (Eng) or BTech in Civil Engineering.
- A Masters degree in Structural Engineering would be an advantage.
- Professional Registration with ECSA would be an advantage or must be close to registering. Minimum requirement is Cand PR Eng/Cand Pr Tech Eng.Experience: - Must have a minimum of 5+ years experience in structural design in a consulting environment.
