To support in facilitating long term strategy development and provide company management with strategy updates. Develops and implements a strategy definition and implementation process in division; including measurements against long term strategy. Provides management with corporate performance measures, data analysis and competitor analysis and ensures functional alignment with Group strategy. Job Responsibilities

Support the achievement of the business strategy; objectives and values by reviewing Nedbank and Group Data Analytics Plan and ensuring delivered systems; process; services and solutions are aligned
Monitor and drive execution of divisional strategy and action plans.
Provide strategic insights through data analysis, competitor benchmarking, and performance metrics.
Identify and implement improvements in business processes, systems, and services.
Guide senior leadership with strategic recommendations and risk-aligned practices.
Coordinate strategic initiatives and ensure delivery of high-impact, ROI-driven projects.

Essential Qualifications - NQF Level

12 years working experience and relevant industry experience.
2+ years Management experience is preferred.
